With a little research, I found this.
https://www.independent.co.uk/life-s...-a8251861.html
However, it doesn't mean it's important to many observers.
Please give your thoughts on how much you notice and care about lip size and shape when someone's attractiveness might be relevant to you. Preferences too, of course.

Don’t care about size, shape or color, just as long it doesn’t have sores on them

I only notice lip size and shape when I don't like the way it looks (I don't notice or have an opinion around lips that are fine). I don't know how to describe the kind of lips that don't appeal to me and I'm too lazy to look up a picture.
Mostly, I'm with hawaiiancoconut- herpes free is good

IMO it doesn’t matter much...but I still like to use Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme.....or Dior Lip Maximizer......both work really well......

I don't like what used to be called 'liver lips', you know the sort of dead wormy looking lips that some people develop. The kind of lips that feel as loose and mushy as they look, ugh. (think Prince Charles maybe?)
I also think oversized duck lips look pretty darn ridiculous, and utterly fake.

I don't like non existent lips, and two tone lips are also a turn off. Personally, I find red lips on men rather icky.

I think it depends on how it fits into the face. I guess I have never thought about a preference. Except maybe just not too thin.

Two of those three are long-standing beliefs of mine. What are two-tone lips?

People with no visible upper lip, like Reba McIntyre. Google her if you need to. I am not attracted to men with a barely noticeable upper lip.
