This over-exacting great grandma says that is orchid pink with shades of fuchsia. My orchids agree with me.

Which shade are you referring to? You've given a swatch with at least four or five different shades, most of them in the purple family (at least according to my monitor ... and BTW, it going to look different on different monitors).

If anyone can correctly identify that shade of pink it will likely be Pink Jazz, the forum's resident expert on anything pink.

I wouldn't even call it "pink", but fuchsia. It's beyond pink. Pink, in my mind, is lighter; this color is inching into "purple" or "red violet" territory, but isn't quite there. Anyway, it's currently popular.
