We all have our own skincare regimen & diet & exercise that work for us tho. I just could never change the way I sleep........I'm too comfy as a side sleeper & I like to cuddle....so even if I'm wrong & it causes me wrinkles when I'm old, it is so worth it.

I have sleep apnea so can't sleep on my back. Even if I didn't have apnea I would hate sleeping on my back. I don't have wrinkles even though I sleep on my side. Maybe it's MyPillow which I scrunch to support my neck so less pressure on my face.

My physical therapist told me to sleep on my back and I just can't. There are lots of videos where they use 10 pillows to support different parts of your body. It just looks way too complicated. My face is fine though. It's ok to get some wrinkles as you age.

I'm not sure if a silk pillowcase helps prevent face wrinkles after sleeping (some claim it does), but I know my silk pillowcase does keep my hair from being crazy frizzy in the morning and feels cool and smooth on the face skin compared to a cotton pillowcase. perhaps buy a 100% silk pillowcase and see if it mitigates morning face creases.

I typically move around a lot while sleeping, so can’t predict the angle of my face. I usually wash my face with cold water and scrub on coconut oil in the morning after I wake up. I put in sun screen lotion when I’m headed out. End result usually looks pretty nice on a sunny summer day.

FYI, I’m 29 so still a long way from wrinkles. But I do follow a skincare routine, not specifically for sleep though.

A skincare routine is very important!
