She must've gotten an alternative facelift.

She looks amazing. It’s normal for any woman with money, especially those in public jobs to spend on their appearance. I don’t get why so many are critical, it’s their money. She is aging well and many celeb women look really awful. Being underweight with a face and lips full of fillers and dressed like a teenager will not bring back youth. A lot of these women look completely ridiculous. Kellyanne got it right.

I also think one still photo of her new face in RBF mode is not enough for anyone to make a judgement about the state of her face. Why is there only one photo of her being shown? I'd like to see several more pictures of her, or better yet a video, with her face in motion, of her smiling and talking. A face in animation shows the true state of the face.

The hair looks nicer though, she got a different cut & style that is more flattering to her age and also softens her face.

.
Because it's a photo from 30 years ago?

I know I keep saying that. But it does answer the question.

....ok. I'll go away, now.

A doctor they interviewed says she thinks it's botox and fillers. I would have guessed an upper and lower eye lift but what do I know

I think it's mostly good contouring on her makeup. Lots of concealer under her eyes, fanned out over her cheekbones, a better job on the eyeshadow, with the darker shade above the crease to help that puffy area look smaller, that little bit of sparkle above her upper lip. The shape of her face is all still there. I'm guessing the first pic was a day she did her own makeup and they caught an especially unflattering expressing on her face, and the second pic she either had professionally applied makeup, or she's gotten some lessons in applying makeup to an older face. The makeup we used in our twenties doesn't look right on an older face.

I think filter, good lighting and good makeup.

But also let me suggest she quit drinking and/or using whatever it was that was keeping her from getting a good night's sleep. There's a certain puffiness, coarseness to the skin that some women get when they drink too much.

It's amazing what a few months in rehab can do and she does have that look of a burden having been lifted.

Here is a video from two weeks ago in different and not very flattering light. She still looks good. But you can see the crepey skin below her eyes even though the filler has improved it. Might need a blepheroplasty to remove it or chemical peels over time.

So if any of you have similar problems you can get an idea of what you might need to do and how you might look afterward.

Few people have full on facelifts which cost the price of a new car these days.
