Straight leg openings. I cannot get my size 5 feet through the leg openings. Pull, pull! I have resorted to slitting the side hems to get my TINY feet through them. No problem with even smaller leggings openings which have far more stretch than demin jeans.

Do you have big legs? I know a couple of people that has to wear stretch pants because their lower legs are too wide for regular jeans.
I went shopping for new jeans the other day and noticed most of them have tapered legs, which I hate. It's very difficult to find a true straight leg jeans these days.

Those are probably not "straight leg" pants. I buy straight leg and have no issues...size 7 shoe

I have been buying men's jeans for the past several years. I can get straight leg/boot cut and the sizing is waist/inseam. Wrangler and Lee.
Women's fashion doesn't seem to like just plain old jeans.
