OP ! I love sweaters, too ! Sounds like you have a wonderful collection. Great pic's !
I wear sweaters all year long, love lightweight summer loose knit sweaters, especially the duster length. Really like cable knit cardigans, pullovers, my favorite is Italian cashmere.
Really like the poster with the Ireland wool ivory sweater. That's a beautiful sweater.
It's either QVC or HSN has sweater's from Ireland every St. Patrick's day. So many beautiful colors and styles.

I wore a blue v neck sweater on top of a polo today. The sweater was made out of Kashmiri wool.
When people think of India, sweaters are the last thing on their mind, but the Himalayan region is home to a unique collection of plush sweaters .
Cashmere sweaters....love them but nowadays hard to find high quality so I keep ALL of mine and looking forward to wearing them soon. This past year I've bought a couple sweaters from Woolovers.com and was very pleased with them--bought a merino wool/cashmere pullover most recently.
Anyone here remember the bulky, mohair sweaters from the 60's? Loved those, too.
I just had to get this sweater in Orchid (photo attached), which is the same style as the green one (Botany) I got in my OP photos. They're by Free People. I really wanted the Orchid color initially & thought they were sold out all over, but found it & snapped it up!
It's actually made in Ireland and that's important to me. I'm tempted to order some other styles!
I'm not a fan of cold weather but it's coming whether I like it or not. I wear sweaters a lot and keep the heat turned down to 65. My collection includes some wonderful cashmeres bought decades ago- the oldest in 1983 bought in London. I dread when those are no longer wearable- they were expensive and wonderfully thick and I will NOT buy Made in China.
In March I bought an alpaca poncho from the lady who wove it in Bolivia. Vermont Country Store has ponchos, too. We'll see!
No sweaters for me and I am in NY. No matter how cold it is I still won't wear a sweater. I am always hot. I wear short sleeves all year long. I will wear a sweatshirt if I am cold or a fleece jacket
I really like those thick-knits too! I love this hot pink color, but $815?! I'd never buy this one, but I'd worry about having to wear it way too carefully so it won't snag. https://www.freepeople.com/shop/recl...ize&quantity=1

I know you're asking the other poster, but no, but I'll check it out, thanks!
