I like fuzzy, fleecy things with long sleeves and legs. I still sometimes kick off my cover(s) and wake up shivering.

I join the sleep naked crowd. Room temp set for 65. Very heavy blanket (20 lb) on top of bed sheet.

I get hot during the night, and I don’t like my legs being confined, so I sleep in nightgowns. We live in the south, so a thin down blanket is all we need. I also don’t like weight on me, so the down blanket is light as a cloud.
Even in the winter, we keep the fan on and I stick my legs out off and on during the night.

When I was younger, newly married and living on Long Island I slept in my birthday suit. I just turned the electric blanket on about 30 minutes before going to bed so the bed was nice & warm. I guess it could be unclean if you didn't bathe regularly but I changed my sheets once a week.

The only thing I can think of is that people who sleep naked probably can't get away with not washing their sheets very often, but still.

IMO sheets should be washed very often anyway ofc... BUT how does sleeping naked make the sheets dirtier? I'm afraid to ask.

Sleeping naked is cleaner because lots of ppl wear their pajamas or loungewear all over the house before climbing into bed....AND some ppl even eat in bed. IMO the sheets stay cleaner by sleeping naked or almost naked.

Do you have problems sleeping at night ? I have neck issues if my pillow isn’t set up exactly right and I struggle to position my head properly.

Same nightclothes all year round, but if it gets really cold, I will wear an old fleece or vest to bed as well. I also have one set of PJs that I only wear when it gets cold.
