Boxers and a t-shirt. I have the heat turned on during cold weather and a heavy blanket. I personally enjoy sleeping more in cold weather than hot.

As little as possible. I like to sleep with a nice, warm blanket, but get too hot if I'm wearing clothes underneath.

I wear the same thing all year, a cotton T shirt and cotton pajama pants. Except, I often have to throw on some socks in February.

just the same old t shirt & gym shorts all year around 20 degrees - 110 degrees same clothing

I prefer old worn out t-shirts for sleep wear, because they are soft and comfortable, I wear them until they fall apart , the holes work as ventilation excellent for sleeping clothes

I am a man that just does undies with no shirt and a down comforter.
I am good with that down to below freezing.
After that I might do more but not much more.

I get hot fast.
I don’t like heat.
My wife will snuggle close when it is really cold but I really don’t like that either.

It is sort of like wearing “layers“.
Just find what works best for you.

All the best.
Andy.

I wear flannel pj's and a sweatshirt. And socks, but I'll remove them after I warm up.

I also use a really heavy blanket and a heated mattress pad.....

That's usually for when it drops down to 40 30 20 degrees.

Flannel nightgown, flannel sheets, and down comforters, sometimes two layers of down. Love it. Warm, very lightweight, no constricting material around the legs. I wouldn't care if the house were 50 degrees. Below that, I don't know.
