28 years ago, I moved into this enormous 6-bedroom college house. One of my new roommates was crashing at a friend's place for a couple of days and I did not meet her. When she returned, I was gone. "He looks like Chris from Northern Exposure!" another roommate, whom I had met, gushed. When I finally met her, the first thing she said to me was "You don't really look like Chris from Northern Exposure at all."
But she married me anyway, 25 years ago now, and we're still going strong...
A few, most common though was when I was in college, Gregory Harrison from Trapper John MD. It was around the time he made the movie For Ladies Only that the comparisons started. I've always had a muscular athletic build and had the same hairstyle that Harrison had in the movie. I didn't date much in high school but that changed dramatically in college. I also had a gorgeous girlfriend in college.
After the First Mamma Mia movie came out I think over 100 people told me through the years that I look just like Meryl Streep. Thankfully I’m always extremely flattered. To this day, before I make certain fashion choices, like getting new glasses, I check to see what Meryl’s wearing first.
Molly Shannon...although she is younger than me, so she looks like me, only I'm much better looking. hahahaha
When I lived in LA I had a few people ask me for my autograph. I could of times I scribbled my real name, just to have fun. At one point, I made a "I am NOT Molly Shannon" T-shirt, but got rid of it when I moved east. LOL.

Love it! This is a super coincidence...ha. Since the comment about me looking like Paige Spiranac circulated on one of my YT videos after what happened with my fiance's friends.....somebody suggested I wear a tee that says "I am not Paige Spiranac". A couple of his friends really thought I was her.
edit: it might be fun to wear once just to tease them AND specially my fiance....because they joke to him about it.

When I was in my 20s (during 1970s) a friend once remarked, "You look like a cross between Gidget and the girl who plays the Flying Nun."
You be the judge (I'm the one on the right).....
