Well, if you put those neck rings on, I assume they can tend to chafe and you'll want a cream to ease that. I'd think any normal skin cream would be lubricating enough. The tribeswomen probably use some kind of rendered fat.
Also, don't forget that if you extend your neck too much, you'll have to leave the rings on or be asphyxiated.
it will take more than cream. the neck is the most difficult area to get good results. I suggest you look into dermal stamping and combine that with Strivectin's or LifeLine's neck creams. FYI, neither cream is cheap, but you do get some results. There's a tiny sample size of the Strivectin for about $15 but i don't think LifeLine has a sample size. The dermal stamping will have a greater impact than the cream.
I use a retinol cream with sunscreen on my neck and chest every day, and I've also started taking collagen supplements. I think I see a difference, but it might just be wishful thinking.
There's one from Gold Bond called Crepe Correcter. It comes in a purple & white tube. Pretty sure its designed for the aging, perhaps it will work in your situation. I shop for my 82 year-old mother and she asked for it recently. She likes it. Btw, my local stores didn't have it so I bought it on Walmart's website. Target also has it and you can check on their site to see if its in stock. It was out of stock here locally in Toledo at both Target and Meijer's.
