Maybe this could be good for anyone, so whatever you have that could help anyone...

For me...
I'm specifically looking for things for women in their 40s. My skin is still relatively young looking for mid 40s, but it has definitely changed and the way I do things has changed, but I could always use some great tips.

For women in their 40s, I recommend Lisa J and Stephanie Marie.

Has anyone used Dermal Facial Sheet Mask yet? I think these masks are unlikely to resolve skin issues worse than dryness, dullness, or tiredness. Is that right?

I like watching this pro makeup artist named Lisa Eldridge. She's actually very RELAXING to watch & knows her stuff as in good techniques:

I watched a few of hers after I read this post and she is very understated in her application which I really like. She has a way of wearing make-up that I can relate to and I wear make up everyday - even during these Covid restrictions.

In a couple of her videos she had two scraggly pieces of hair hanging down on both sides of her face and I just wanted to pull them back and clip them out of the way

I'll be going back to watch some more. This was a good recommendation.

Yes, I do like her videos & again she's (oddly) relaxing to me to watch for some reason. I subscribed to her long ago.

I haven't tried these masks but I took a look on Amazon and the reviews are overall pretty good. They're not expensive and I like the "variety" pack offering. I'm in my sixties and I have quite a few light brown age spots that I'm not fond of so a "brightening" or "lightening" feature would appeal to me but I know the major ingredient for that type of skincare is controversial.

Have you tried Niacinamide? I use it daily along with a vitamin C serum, and it works well for discoloration spots. The one I use is from The Ordinary, and it's very affordable.
