Is it okay to not shave armpits for a woman?

Some companies prefer that both men and women wear tops with sleeves. Of course, most men would never attempt to go to work in an formal office setting wearing a sleeveless top in the first place. And if you're a woman working in a professional setting and wearing a sleeveless top, you'd better not have any armpit hair showing. Even if that doesn't seem right or fair, it's how it is.

While I personally choose to shave my armpits, you couldn't pay me to be involved with a boy (because we're not talking about men here) who are such shrinking violets that they find the hair growing out a woman's body "gross."

As a male, I personally think that a woman having a mass of hair under her arms is the pits.
