Take your good leather shoes to a shoe cobbler that knows how to stretch your shoes.
Size 5-6, you can gain a half size.
7-8 you can gain 3/4 size.
9+ and you can gain a full size up.

Or, there's surgery for toes, I hear...

This.
Or sell via Etsy or Ebay. Estatesales.net sometimes see shoes collection being sold.

If you have friends/neighbours/relatives who also collect shoes maybe they might be interested in buying some. Forums about Fashion , maybe some there might be interested. Just word it like looking for advice.

Feet get larger and spines get shorter. Gravity sucks.

If the OP can't afford replacing shoes, then I think toe surgery is out of the question.

You can stretch leather shoes a bit for a custom fit; we used this method when I was a costumer.
Warning: may discolor the shoe, or change the shape (which is the point of stretching)

Dampen the tight area with rubbing alcohol and walk around in the shoes until it dries. Repeat if needed.

This also works to tighten up stretched out shoes, but let them dry on your feet without walking around.

Discount toe surgery in Mexico. I hear the cartels have that market locked up.

Problem solved.

You can buy shoe stretchers that go both lengthwise and widthwise. That should help with some of the OP’s shoes.

This might appeal to you, but maybe not...

Shop for shoes at Goodwill or other thrift stores. Personally, for me, I don't have a problem buying second hand shoes, if I see something I like. But some people do, and I can understand that. But buying shoes for $3 or $4 as opposed to $20+...eh, why not?

I've found great, barely worn shoes at thrift stores. But I do recognize also that some people find that idea icky.

I went through the same thing as the OP when I was pregnant. My feet went from a 7.5 to a 9. And have stayed there for the last 25 years. It was a drag at the time, as I was in my 20s and had quite a few pairs of shoes I really liked.
