Can anyone lead me to a website besides ETSY or EBAY that sells authentic stamped 14K GF necklaces ? I am not looking for plated pieces ONLY authentic 14GF appropriately stamped.

I'm guessing that gold-filled, by definition, is not going to be high-quality.

Not true. From what I have read true 14K GF is not cheap looks great and lasts. I have no problem paying for real 14K but with the price of gold chain snatching would be rather appealing right now. If someone gets a $300 chain no problem but some regular looking gold chains I want are $6K. That would be ridiculous.

Then go to the jewelry district and look for bargains. (I'm assuming from your handle that you're in NYC.)
