My eyes tend to water in the mornings (more so than later in the day), and I have spent hundreds of dollars trying new "Breakup Proof" and advertised Waterproof and Smudgeproof liners. They smear, they smudge they don't stay on.
Other than permanent makeup, is there a brand that any of you use that actually works? I don't mind paying for it, but I'm tired of returning makeup to the store.
I also have another question on foundations. I'm looking for one that isn't oily but doesn't dry my skin out. If I get "oil free" my skin flakes and dries out. If I get regular, it's so oily I have to use powder over it. Powder dried my skin.
Any suggestions or brands that are really worth the price?
I don't know about foundation as my favorite was discontinued and I rarely wear foundation now.
Once again, what may work for my skin may not work for others. If you live near department stores try the foundation on your arm and see how that feels. I usually like Clinique.
