The bright colors would indicate pride, to bring attention to that part of the body.
I wonder if someone very large is truly comfortable in tight clothing, even if it stretches elastic also binds and compresses. I would think if the fit and compression isn't just right, in just the right areas it could be a problem of cutting off circulation, causing rashes, etc. I can understand medical graduated compression garments which are properly fitted, but something off the rack that is just tight could probably cause problems. But stuffing oneself in hot pink or bright blue tight pants usually isn't about being practical.
And what's the deal with these gym spandex tights/shorts that women wear (at the gym mostly) that are strategically manufactured to ride up the rear-end crack? It's like females intentionally wear these to enhance their rear-end. It's a name for them but I forgot.
A couple of weeks ago, I made my yearly visit to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. I saw lots of parents, with their 3-4 kids following them around. The 14-15 year old girls were wearing flouncy, wide legged-flared, silky, short shorts. With every step, their buttocks were in full view. The parents obviously, didn't care. Not a cute vision, just trashy.
Yep. And who would have guessed that one day we would live in a society where fattyness is celebrated by many, and one could get fame and fortune just for being a barely-talented fats?
Right? Not even that, but being UNHEALTHY and most likely dying way before your time..

IIRC, they're called "Butt Boosting" or "Scrunch butt" leggings. Yes women intentionally wear them at the gym and I've seen them in my yoga classes as well. They do wonders for their derriere tho.....

Googled it, possibly one of the dumbest things I've ever seen in clothing.
