Those are very flattering photos. All are tightly controlled and posted by the celebs themselves to appear relatable but not ugly. Some are wearing makeup, some are laying on their backs creating a facelift effect. I prefer the paparazzi photos showing how celebrities that are considered attractive can look absolutely hideous without the right makeup, lighting, pose / camera angle / facial expression, etc.

Brunettes eyes look better without mascara than blondes do because duh their eyelashes are brown.
Quite a few of the women pictured are likely wearing sunscreen with foundation added, that covers bits and bobs of uneven skin tone and red/dark spots.

There are probably makeup artists that can make someone look like they are "make-up free" so the person can say "no I'm not wearing any makeup". Plus most stars have had their skin cleaned up from sun damage by dermatologists that most normal people have.

The women pictured aren't wearing mascara, that's about all I can see. Yes they are wearing transparent makeup to make their skin look glowy and beautiful.

What a joke some of those are. If you really caught them sans makeup, no filters or poses they look a lot worse. Some of the paparazzi pictures confirm that although anything can be easily altered these days so who knows what's what.
