No. Perhaps a few do, but most women don't lose any at all.
When you get a breast LIFT - where they reposition the nipple, THAT is when sensitivity is lost.

Or a breast reduction, since the same thing happens. (Repositioning the areola and nipple.)

Might be something a mastectomy patient would want.

My wife had that happen after her reduction.
I still haven't gotten over it.

WHAT? I missed this post, this can’t be real!

I’ve been around awhile, but I never heard this expression until a couple of years ago, & my daughter explained it, but a fake one, really? Good lord. No.

I keep saying men prefer natural beauty, but we have to remember, natural beauties are very rare.

What is natural BTW? Because, brushing and combing your hair is not natural.

Glad you brought this up.

At least in North America, "Natural Pretty" is still "pretty with enhancements."

We've been conditioned to think things like acne, dark undereye circles, and wrinkles don't exist.

Regarding Kim, I'm glad she's following in her dad's footsteps (I'm making a general statement.)

I wasn't sure how that worked. And we're not even sure what all Kim has had done. She could have had a lift for all we know.

Is it better to make them so insecure that they are installing fake body parts onto themselves?

I'll be the first to admit that I dye my hair and wear light makeup.

Lots of wealthy mothers have lifts done. Pregnancies take a toll on the entire body.

Yep, I think they call it a "mommy makeover". I'm sure that Kim is familiar with that procedure.
