My first contribution to fashion and beauty!
I cut most of my left middle finger off with a table saw.
That was unexpectedly strange and quick. Took a moment for my brain to catch up to what happened. The finger was hanging by a bit so I wrapped it and the stump with the nearsest item which was a sock.
Took it with me to the ER, bone and tendon not salvageable so it became permanent

Elnina - that is $10 for her ENTIRE FACE. If we are to believe that this model ever had anything done to her face at all. To me, she looks like a full faced 20-30 something. She has thick, plump skin. It looks like her skin. And she looks young.
Prices on cosmetic tweaks really vary with geography. I have a friend who's husband is Hungarian. They have a flat in Budapest. They travel there for their dental needs and have for years. There's a term for it - "cosmetic surgical tourism".
She lives in NYC and Grandview - On - Hudson NY. NYC, Los Angeles, South Beach FL, Dallas-Ft. Worth.
No one needs a flat in Europe to spend less on cosmetic procedures. Come to the Midwest. Maybe not Chicago.
I HATE inflated lips. A lip flip is not that. Your lips retain their natural shape. So if you are blessed with a delicate bow, you will retain the delicate bow. It will just appear a tad more prominent, less sunken, and more youthful. Any lines above the upper lip, from sipping with a straw, smoking, or pursing ones lips vanish or soften.
They do not look like rubbery, ill defined, enormous clown lips.
