My ex has this, pretty bad. It's darker, fuller and perhaps longer than the pic posted. It didn't really bug me, and like you, with her hair down it was not noticeable. I would say get rid of it so you can be happier when your hair is up or back. At times I did feel like my girl was some foreign exchange student straight from the backyard of Mexico..as harsh as that may sound, but I lived with it.

I have that too. If the hair will not grow long enough to pull back, then I Nair it, or use a little hand-held buzzer and buzz it off. I would love electrolysis but I would get my moustach and chin done before I got the sideburns done. Maybe my eyebrows too. lol

that's how mine are and i bleach them then cover it up with foundation. but bleach only last for like, three days so it's really a waste of money, but i liked it. mine is like yours, but thicker and it goes on my cheeks and under my jaw like a mans beard and i hate it -___- i feel like a man and I'm only 18 weh. but bleaching helps for me, i do it for my hairline on my stomach too and that helps. for a while. but i am seriously considering to get them permanently removed cause i feel really ... yucky with them -___- but i hope that you've found a solution to your problem. i have, even if it's only temporary.

Shave your face, it's easy, everyday or a few times a week. The sideburn look on girls is not a good look. I shave a few times a week and my hair isn't dark so only I can really tell, the peach fuzz bothers me so I shave it.,

Keep your side burns. They make you unique.

Mine are just like the girl in the picture, but I have darker skin so it's less noticeable. Personally, I can't be moved to care about my sideburns but my mom used to get on me about them to the point where I got tired of her nagging and let her put nair on them. Well, nair does not really remove hair easily for me, so my mom tried rubbing off the hair and nair with a washcloth -- she ended up rubbing off the top layer of my skin.

So, after dealing with scabbing and dark areas on my faces for a few months, my skin finally went back to normal and she hasn't said another word about my sideburns since.
