There wasn't a way to discretely tell her. I guess none of her "friends" cared to tell her. I know that I could count on my boyfriend to tell me about something like that.

This also reminds me of a guy posting that at his Seattle college, the girls all wore low rider jeans and the tops of their front "landing strips" would be exposed... apparently on purpose. I feel so old sometimes. lol

I think that he just thought it very odd. And it thought it was a fashion trend as he saw so many girls doing it.

No, her mistake was buying jeans that don't fit.

I thought the in-thing was low ride with their g-string showing. I guess they think it looks fashionable. Humm, don't think so

Amen Sisters! I hate this stretch-demin! This is not real denim! Why should the rest of us have to suffer this bleep just because some hair-brain designer thought it was a cool idea. Now even men's pants have spandex in them! And who ever heard of stretch corduroy? I cannot find true 100% cotton, non-stretch denim or slacks anywhere.

All these synthetic materials (spandex, nylon, rayon) are a nightmare for people with allergies to them and are bad your for health. These synthetic fabrics trap odors, bacteria, etc and can cause yeast and other infections for women. It doesn't matter how well you wash or disinfect these synthetics, they STINK after a few times being worn. This woman wants 100% Natural Cotton.

I hate this stretch stuff it won't stay up; constantly pulling them back up! Every crack and lump shows. The spandex makes me itch and I'm constantly having to re-adjust these things. I just want to put my pants on and not have to worry about what they doing. And let me tell you I don't care how great you "think" your butt looks in them. I really don't want to see it!

True denim lasts for years while this stretch stuff becomes loose, stretched out and faded after a few washes. And definitely won't stand up to any rough stuff like farm work or gardening. I'm planning on checking out a farm and ranch supply store that carries clothing. Maybe they'll still have the real thing.

Lands End also sells jeans made out of real denim. They sell stretch denim, too, so make sure you read the product description. Sears stores carry some Lands End inventory, but you're better off going online or ordering through the catalogue.
