I dont know what a control top pantyhose looks like, but if its like something my grandmother would wear to church then that is absolutely gross. I dont want to see that. I wont get mad or complain at people for showing it, I just look away. Solves the problem.

I don't necessarily think it's so much skanky as just plain douchebag status(yes females can be douchebags, also). That is said only if the intent was there to have it hanging out.
