Shoes to wear with a Polo

For a work environment, khakis, polo shirt, i would recommend against sneakers or sandals. Opt for a classic simple plain shoe, thin rubber sole (nothing to chunky), more rounded than squarish toe, and minimal bells and whistles.

I'm a guy. I think the best looking shoes would be tan or cordovan moccasin style shoes. They'd slip on, maybe have a tassel. Of course, I generally wear either sneakers or work boots right now, but depending on your job, that might not be "acceptable". I only own two pairs of shoes...and one pair is almost never worn (the black dress shoes). The other is a pair of tan work boots that I wear everywhere.
