Here's a question for all the aestheticians out there... or for those who hire them. What is the going rate these days?

Is there a flat hourly rate or is it based on appointments? Is there a percentage paid for services peformed? If so, what percentage.

Do they receive commission for the sale of skin care products? If so, what percentage?
