Regina King has been around for a long time, but I'm just now realizing after seeing some recent appearances of hers that she's gorgeous. She's aged extremely well.
I have to say Cindy Crawford for American and Isabelle Adjani, Sophie Marceau, Carole Bouquet, some of them Bond girls for French or European as they it nowadays.

Agree with Cindy Crawford being the most beautiful... She is such a natural beauty. And I have met her quite a few times in person (she is from IL and we have friends in common). I met her when she was modeling in the late 80’s too. She is even more beautiful in person (then and now) - absolutely stunning.
There's cute (like Christina Milian, Selena Gomez, & Katie Holmes), then there's pretty (like countless many), but then there's extremely gorgeous. IMO, the very few female celebs of ALL TIME who I think are truly, extraordinarily gorgeous, especially when they were in their prime 20s or 30s are (in no particular order):
