Any professional make up artists here????? (cut, color, medium, brown)

I am 56. I recently let my *real* hair color come in. I decided I'd rather have silver/white hair. It's not grey, it's silvery white. It's not real short, it's cut in an inverted bob (sides longer than the back) Front of the hair is almost pure white, back has some brown left in it.

My eyebrows are still dark, and I have brown eyes, and medium skin (tans well in the summer)

Could someone help me out on a direction of a lipstick/blush color that would be best for my coloring?
