oh and I was thinking sheer bell sleeves and maybe a little less flare in the skirt...if I decide on number 1.

I have big arms to hide and a chest I don't mind showing off, so I'd go with 1.

If the sleeves wouldn't make my arms actually look bigger (I hate where those fall!) I'd certainly pick 2.

Number 1. It's chic, simple and perfectly sexy just as it is. I wouldn't change a thing. I'd wear some fabulous 'dangling' earrings to bring attention to the face and neckline.
