Sorry to me they look like something a streetwalker would wear.
The clear heels are tacky. Those tried to be in style back in maybe the late 70's early 80's Disco type days...but were quickly in the reduction bins and one only saw those on people who well....
Anyway still seeing clear heels reminds of that.

I think those shoes are very beautiful. But in a town where I live, you really couldn't wear those around here. Most of the "off the wall" businesses here have dirt, gravel parking lots. Those would not be a good idea to wear.
But in Phoenix, at a bar or nighclub, they would be perfect to wear at. Just not in the town I live in. They'll get dirty too easily.

They would only look great in a big city inside a nightclub or fancy bar. But no well else would I wear them though.
Hot or Not? I think not. Only because they remind me of something a stripper would wear. I'm not big on the 5 inch heels either. I'm not sure if the heels were clear or just metallic but that's also a turn off for me.
