Here is a recent picture of me. People think I look 30 or older. But in person, most people think I look no older than early 20s. Is this because people have warped perception here on City-Data? What makes me look my age?
You have an awful haircut. It ages you. Get yourself to a salon and get a decent haircut. And congrats on losing 60 pounds - that is quite an accomplishment. Keep up the good work - you still have more to lose. And yes, the extra weight AGES you. It does NOT make you look younger. I would guess you to be no younger than 30, by your pics. If you dropped a few more pounds, and lost that shaggy hair, you might lop 5 years off.
But I am young looking. Just look at my skin. It glows !
That's sweat a by-product of the sticky, muggy, swampy, South.
Still fishing for compliments. Where have your looks taken you in life? If you focused on improving other aspects of yourself, you'd be more successful and in turn would boost your esteem. Have you completed college?
Is this narcisstic(and why?),sad insecurity? or just bizzare? This guy also posted his picture and started a thread about his appearance awhile ago. But since you asked...
I agree with other posters, you look 35-37 and like Nathan Lanes YOUNGER brother.Nothing wrong with that. I also agree, loose get a better hair stylist and I have to wonder about the basement/mother/dungeons and dragons. I can not push myself to go thru this whole thread, but some of the posters answers are a hoot.
C-D old timers would know this guy as "VA Singer" and few other nics he has used. He is extremely self absorbed about his looks and longs for the good ole days on the southern plantation. Give it a few days and you'll see the words, "not a member" under his name. As usual, he'll get booted for being annoying.
Here's the deal....never go to a forum to try to boost your self esteem. Be confident in who you are and how you look regardless. Being addicted to public approval is a time waster.
This thread Should be under the ENTERTAINMENT catagory, I did get a good laugh if nothing else. Why would anyone post pictures of themselves and ask how old they look if they didn't want to hear the truth? Really, stop wasting your time in a smoothy shops where kids hang out and stoke your ego. If you really need to be there, at least enroll yourself in some educational classes some where, times a wastin, Oh BTW, if your voice is so superb, then what are you waiting for, you could be America's next Susan Boyle. Let us all know, so we can watch that one.
