This subject has probably already been discussed but I'm looking for a good eye cream. I started having some lines late thirties but the last year (44), yikes! Especially the last few weeks and I don't know what happened. I woke up one morning with a patch of lines under my right eye, which happens sometimes but usually goes away after a day. These are not going away! So what's a good cream that doesn't break the bank?
I like Dr. Denese. She has a number of eye treatments including a night serum and an undereye cream and an eyelid cream. Sometimes you don't notice that the treatments are working until you stop using them. I like to try everything, but I always go back to her products.

I read a suggestion from a beauty editor in InStyle mag re: Aquaphor on eyes. It is a regular petroleum-based moisturizer that is "general body."
I had some in my cabinet as it is a super-moisturizer (I usually use it on my hands) so I decided to try it--whoa momma! Very inexpensive and very good for softening lines. You really can only use it at night, though, and will probably find it to be greasy, but it works; most of it comes off with water in the morning but a little stays with you during the day, and works great as a base for a day eye cream. In the day, I use Clinique super-intensive.
Cheap creams just do not work as well as the more expensive stuff, especially if you have sensitive skin. The expensive stuff can have the same ingredients but the quality of those raw materials are different. Just like how meat is sold at the store. Go try them out at a sample counter first and check the return policy.
You need to exfoliate your face 2 times a week with something that has acid in it.The bliss makes that in the groovy serum. The lines come from old dead skin built up on the surface.
A nice cheaper more organic moisturizer would be Korres Wild Rose Cream.
I have used Clinique and Estee Lauder eye creams in the past, but a few months ago purchased Garnier Nutritioniste from the drugstore, and I really like it. I am using the Skin Renew daily anti-fatigue eye cream.
A few weeks ago I went to the Clinique counter for new foundation, and the lady said, wow, you don't need undereye concealer...kind of funny that they always tried to sell me the undereye concealer when I was using Clinique eye cream, but since I started using the drugstore brand undereye concealer isn't needed I think the Garnier is around $12 - what a bargain! My only complaint is it's a squeeze tube, and I prefer jars.
Not all creams do the same thing. There are a ton more brightening products out there. I liked the garnier one but I started to feel my skin was raw from it. Olay (of all things) does this to me too.

Wow, I haven't experienced the raw skin. I have not used Olay, because they test on animals
