you guys are so helpful and I'm a dunce........the luncheon is tomorrow--duh..........I knew that, but last night thought today would be Friday!! I can be so blonde sometime. So anyway..this afternoon I'm going find the correct undies for the pants!!
I love white pants in the summer. Especially love white with white. It's so clean and crisp looking.
Uggg and pantyhose give you a weird shape and stick out the top That is a no!
I forgot about the inevitable muffin top from ph. I can just picture myself wearing some fabulous white pants with ph and how lovely it will look when my legs get all sweaty. ICK!
I have 5 pair of long white pants, 2 pair of white capris, and 3 white skirts. Needless to say, I love white!! I always wear a "nude" shade of undies (in my case that would be a tan/dark beige color).
Nothing shows underneath - not a thing. BUT, I should add that I don't buy white items in super-thin fabrics - I won't wear them as they are too show-through. I have several linen and cotton, denim and twill. As long as I wear the nude colors, I am good to go.
What about some spanx? There is a knock off brand that Target sells...Assets.
That's actually what I use, when I was referring to footless pantyhose, the spanx that go mid thigh, and very high above your waist, avoiding muffin top, with obvious slimming benefit.
I have ONE pair of white pants like this! I love them so I wear them with the spanx. After that, I now always check to see how "see through" white pants are.
I echo the nude colored thong, unless you need some shaping & jiggle support, then get yourself a pair of spanx.
