I ran into this some years ago when I tried to (again) purchase a product
I used to buying as a gift now and then. Turns out it had become illegal under current law.

Still a bit sad about that one.
I had that back in the 70s. It was a great fragrance. I'd wondered why it suddenly disappeared.
Didn't Exclamation by Coty used to come in a pink bottle? It smells kind of peppery.
No. Exclamation! came in a white bottle with a black top. I used to wear it in the late 80s. My friend used to say I smelled like a Flight Attendant (we worked at a place where we dealt with PanAm flight attendants all day and they all smelled like that)
Thanks Holly! I will look through that site to see if I can spot it, but I'll give you info here, too. I am guessing I had this eau de toilette in the early/mid 90s. It had nothing to do with a celebrity. The bottle was an oval shape, black on the top half (the cap) and pink on the bottom half. The line separating the cap was one big swirl/wave. ~ like that. I remember the smell reminded me of pepper, as weird as that sounds for a perfume. It is similar to Avon's new 50s Glam, which is described as a combination of apple, persimmon, gardenia, rose, musk, moss, and vetiver. I would love to find out what this is. Thanks again.
"Shalimar" or possibly "Romance"?
