I am calling it droopy dog syndrome from now on. I'm 23 and I have really deep laugh lines. They are not even cracks visible on the skin...they are indents. If I turn a certain way and look....it's just a deep pocket of droopiness. It is horrendous.

I can even feel the indent when I pass my finger over it. I don't eat poorly. I exercise. I drink loads of water. I even sleep with a humidifier. Is there any natural way to add some plump to my face?

I don't think there is a natural way to do it, especially if you are only in your 20's. It sounds like it's a genetic thing.

If it worsens and really bothers you, you should look into getting those restylane or Juvederm shots.

It sounds like you might want to consider Sculptra. Like Juvederm, it is injectable product, but it's better at providing overall volume.
