Hey man, even if I think the '70s dudes-in-tiny-shorts thing looks silly, if you rock it, you rock it. Doesn't mean I won't secretly name you chickenlegs.
You can call me that any time you want, if I actually have chickenlegs. I don't, though, so you'll have to find something else...
I think that it's funny how so many women in here are telling men what and how to dress. Telling guys not to wear shorts when it is hot out. What's the deal? If you don't like them, you don't have to wear them. Personally, anyone can wear anything they want. Some of the women have alot of nerve as if they are all so beautful in the legs. I've seen more women wearing shorts with hefty, hefty sinch sack legs. Meaning fat. Who are all of you to tell people what they should wear? Seriously, anyone who would not wear shorts because some one on the internet tells you not to has more problems than just wearing or not wearing shorts.
People, dress however the he ll you want, and stop caring what others think. I mean talk about the kettle calling the pot black. I can just imagine what half of these ladies legs look like. Kankles anyone?
Furthermore, there is nothing wrong with wearing shorts for anyone. People need to stay cool in the warmer weather. Why on gods green earth would you sweat it out for some body else. I mean come on people, think for yourselves a little bit. If you like it, wear it. If you don't, simple don't.
I love some of these women with a laundry list of what men should wear, as if what you want is important. It's like a sewing circle in here with ladies just yapping away trying to tell people who they don't even know how to dress. As if all guys are in fashion school.
People there are far more important things to worry about..

Just to let you guys know, I went out and bought a few new pairs of shorts yesterday...
I've lost some weight and the shorts I had were too big. I've gotten sick of those long, baggy shorts, so I got some that are shorter (a bit above the knee) and not as loose.
As long as the shorts aren't too short. I like them a little closer to their knees. Those are really classy type of shorts for men.
The ones I bought are a little bit above the knee, but I wouldn't call them really short. I don't like the really short ones (think that blond cop with the mustache on "Reno 911"). But I did get sick of the overly long baggy sloppy-looking shorts. The ones I have now are shorter and a little more trim.
I don't like the baggy-to-the-knees "shorts" that most guys wear. I think it looks dorky and ridiculous.
I prefer cargo, bermuda shorts that look like they FIT.
