Hi! For years I have had a problem with eyeliner running or smearing under my eyes. I never wear a lot of it so I know I am not applying too much. My skin tends to be on the oily side...

Has anyone conquered this problem? What eyeliner would you recommend? If it won't bleed or run, I will pay top $ for it...

Can you help racoon eyes here? Thanks!

I have had good luck with Mally. She has a powder that sets the eyeliner. If you haven't tried her products, most of them come in a kit that works out very nicely.

I am not familiar with Mally? Do you know what stores sell it?

Thanks for responding so fast!

Avon's waterproof Glimmersticks are great! The eyeliner goes on easily and lasts all day without smudging. It's all I use.

I don't wear liner under my eye for that very reason. It always seems to end up smudgy and makes me look tired. If I wear it on my top lid only, it looks fine.

You need to buy waterproof eyeliner - most brands are not waterproof - Revlon makes a waterproof line.
Also - just line the top of the eyes - it is out of style to line the bottom - too 90s

Rimmel, Revlon are two of my most used-favs.

A less expensive alternative is Revlon Colorstay. I like my eyeliner smudged a bit, but not running. I've had good luck with that.
