Is wearing slim straight jeans/skinny jeans with flip flops a major turn off to girls? I don't mean those super skin tight jeans that emo kids wear.

is it too feminine?

I think it depends on where you live. That look is so prominent where I am that I was surprised to see someone asking if it was okay

I don't wear them with jeans, but in some things it would be okay. I, myself, prefer something with a heel to it when I wear jeans (high heel shoes or sandals that have a 1-2 inch heel to it).

Like an outdoor concert, around a beach environment, and just running over to the friends house for a little while. Yeah, I guess it would be okay.

I think this is a guy asking if it's too feminine for HIM to wear...or did I read it wrong? To feminine for me...you'd need a little looser, baggier jeans to pull off flip flops to me so it's a more casual look

Sounds fine to me... although I would hope the jeans are a decent fit, quality, and color and that the flipflops are leather or something a little nicer than the typical rubber ones.

Well a lot of my gay friends sport that look so maybe you will get even more people hitting on you!

I only think flip flops are ok for children, pregnant women or people that live by the beach.

But to each his own....to each his own

I don't like flipflops on guys, at least not the traditional thong kind. Some kind of leather sandals like Birkenstocks are okay though, even if they are a bit hippy. Although I don't like those cheap thong flipflops regardless of gender.

As for skinny jeans, I'm not a huge fan... but I did grow up during the baggy jeans era. How quickly things change.
