I've had a question on my mind for a while about where to get my bras. I haven't found a reliable brand, and I have a VERY odd size apparently. I was measured last spring and found out that I have been wearing a completely inappropriate size. At the store where I was measured they didn't even have a correct-sized bra for me, and they probably had the best selection in my area. Does anyone know where to find bras that are outside of the conventional range?
I would just search that size online and see what pops up.

There's a lot of good web sites that offer a much wider range of sizes than stores (Bras, panties, lingerie, men's underwear, plus size bras at Bare Necessities is one). Most women supposedly wear the wrong size, and I think if we all demanded our correct size, then stores might start carrying a better selection.

That's where I order a lot of my bras from!

I used to go to a lingerie store that specialized in fittings and hard to find bras/sizes, but I've found that "my size" varies with different manufacturers. Now I just order 3 different sizes of each bra and send back what doesn't fit (I have no choice since there aren't any stores in my area that sell decent bras in my size.)

I'm generously endowed so I never leave the house without a bra. Like others have said, it comes off as soon as I walk in the door though. The bra plus the heat here is just gross.

I don't sleep in one but I used to sleep in a "sleep bra" intended for maternity and nursing and have considered getting another. Those things are super comfy!

I went out once or twice, when I was about 18, without a bra and heard two guys make a comment about me not wearing a bra and that made me feel so selfconscious and embarrassed; they didn't even say anything derogatory but it was the point that I realized, how obvious it was, so I never went out without a bra again and I was wearing training bras back then, so it wasn't like I was huge...

I used to be that way, I used to sleep in underwires.
Personally I love underwires.

In any case, the only time I'm without one is when I go to sleep and sometimes I'm lazy and leave it on but 90% of the time when I'm sleeping, no bra.

Outside of the house, always. Inside, hardly ever.

I always wear a bra unless I'm sleeping or just lounging around the house. I hardly have a chest at all though so if I wanted to I could probably go without so long as I worse a baggier shirt.
