That dress isn't really cute. That color sucks for her too. It needs someone with more waist definition to really stand out. It would probably work better on Kim Kardashian, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Hudson or even Christina Hendricks. It probably needs someone with a darker skin tone too.

All the pictures I have Crystal Renn had her looking like an hourglass. It looks like she is really a ruler.

Surprising that she is a model with that body type! Usually plus size models are hourglasses or pears with smaller thighs.

Maybe that's why she isn't plus sized anymore. She's only an hourglass with the boobs pushed up, hips jutted out, and waist cinched or accentuated by bending over (as in the second pic). What I've noticed of successful plus sized women is that they don't tend to carry much fat around their face. Some women gain 15 lbs and suddenly have jowls while crystal and others like her are big but still have defined cheekbones and jaws.

Very true. The typical plus sized model is basically a bigger Kim Kardashian. Small waist, and measurements something like 40DD - 30 - 42 or 44. And long legs, slim face. And a long torso

They are very misleading, because most plus sized clothing isn't cut for a figure like that. (And as a woman who wears 16-18 and who is a well-endowed pear with I get my hopes all up seeing the outfit on the model, and buying it and finding it to be completely shapeless so I'd need to spend a ton on alterations to take in the waist to fit so it doesn't look like a sack)

Default Depends on how "sexy" a person looks.

Size is not a big deal in a larger person if a woman or a man looks confident, clean and sexy.

Thick - a woman who has more fat than a thin person, but has an hourglass figure. Ample sized breasts and derriere. Look at Kat Dennings for an example.

Thick women are considered attractive and even preferred by a lot of men such as myself.

Full figured/plus sized: A woman who is unattractively overweight, someone who could sit on a quarter and squeeze a booger out of George Washington's nose

And Crystal Renn is back to a size 2. She's getting a lot of criticism for it but is also booking more jobs. I don't know if she played the system, has an eating problem, or if she really lost the weight through natural non-dieting means but I do know that one eyebrow is always cocked above the other and it really freaks me out.

Those pictures are of Crystal Renn??

I think she looked prettier before. Or maybe it's the expression on her face in the photo.
