Now, let's get back to my original question. Let's see those descriptions and the visuals.
Thick--Voluptuous, shapely, plump all the the way around
Plus size--Often refers to women in the modeling industry, shapely, large, slim or toned waist
Full figured--Large all the way around, not necessarily shapely
I read an article in Self or Shape or one of those where Mariska Hargitay referred to herself as "full-figured" because she has a chest and hips and isn't rail thin.
Thick = see any bootie girl in a video
Plus Sized = wear 14 and up. I really do not think that has much to do with thick or thin. Size 14 on 5'11'' can just look pretty avg sized (not fat but not bean pole)
Full figured = Much flesh in the T & A department, perhaps also fat.
I really hate that article on "real women" with tha plus size model...I wish the stupid morons at every media outlet would cut the crap. Just because you are not a size 14 does not make you fake. Just as much as just because you are not a size 4 make you a nasty fatty either. Its beyond stupid. I don't think its good to teach either way and having a gut and excess fat should not be accepted. That is a sign you are overeating for your activity level. You can easily be a nice big thick girl and not have flab falling out everywhere.

We've had several threads on this. Both men and women have totally different definitions of each so its almost impossible to differentiate unless you as ONLY guys or ONLY women.
Speaking as a man, "THICK" is actually a woman who is attractive/sexy. We sometimes also use the term "curvy" to describe them as well. Examples of "Thick" women are"
Serena Williams
Kim Kardashian
Vida Guerra
"Plus sized" and "full figured" are terms really only used by women and not men. Men call these types of women FAT, Not Fit, Big or Too Big. These women usually need to lose a few pounds as they have a bit too high of a body fat percentage count and they have poor hip to stomach ratio. They are usually flabby or too big in the tummy and saddle bag region and probably have the cottage cheese on their thighs.
You'll never find consensus on this. And most people are terrible when it comes to categorizing themselves. There are also euphemisms for these terms. Instead of thick, you might hear someone say curvy. Or voluptuous. Those don't have quite the negative connotations as thick or plus-sized do.
Thick = on the high end of a healthy weight or slightly overweight, possibly curvy but not necessarily, PC way to say chubby
Plus-sized = wears a clothing size larger than the standard sizes, 14+ sizes
Full-figured = PC way of saying fat
