I knew a guy that trimmed it with a beard trimmer, and I saw nothing wrong with it. His father was Sicilian and he also trimmed his arm hair, shaved his chest and back. It's a personal preference, but I believe if he didn't he would be very very hairy. This is FL after all, it's hot, and people with excessive body hair tend to sweat more, and unfortunately, exude more body odor.
And...yes he is also GAY. That being said, if my guy had a back hair issue, I'd offer to wax it for him.
Real men do not shave their legs and women prefer real men so don't shave your legs if you want a real woman. Don't shave your chest either or anything else. Like the guy said... the only thing a real man shaves is his face.

Chest hair has mixed opinions on women. Lot of women hate it, especially the younger ones.
