I'm a 30 something guy so this is for the husband. Dude, that may be a great shirt for working on the car or lounging around the house, or drinking at the bar during the game with the guys. Don't take your wife out like that. She's going to feel like you haven't got that far past college. I get the feeling she wants you two to look more serious or polished. I've been there before. And absolutely keep the collar buttoned down on an oxford.

Sorry, I like the shirt. It's a man's man's shirt....the belt?? not so much

The other shirts I saw on this thread, I could just see my husband's reaction if I brought those home.
Something about...he's no yuppie or Adam Lambert. Just wouldn't happen.

I was just looking at some trend plaid in an '80s video. Scary stuff.

The shirt looks comfy. For around the house. You know, for cleaning gutters, or maybe watching a football game.

The belt looks gay. Tell him that and he will never put it on again.

It does not match the carpet or the paint color on the walls. I'd change the carpet to Bellawood light oak and the walls to Behr Paint color #W62912.

I think it looks fine for every day casual if that's his style.
It's not horrible, at least his jeans are ripped and stained, and the flannel looks nice and clean. He even tucked it in and wore a belt.

Plaid is the new trend. They're every where.
