I couldn't vote.

There was no "No, thank you, I love my butt just the way it is" as an option.

Yeah, that would have been a good option, I chose "too Big", but really its my thighs and tummy that could be smaller.

I think about stories like these every time I dream of a tummy lipo . I am the mother of 4. Sure I would look better in the bikini I save for my back yard, but the thought of my kids losing their mom because of a vanity issue is something to think long and hard about.

However, I don't judge her. I feel very very badly for this woman and her family. its very sad.

I was the only one who voted "yes" to butt surgery, but the surgery I would want, a butt lift, was not an option. I do not want silicone injected into my butt, or butt implants!

I'm happy with my butt, too. What is wrong with a flat butt? I never understood the appeal in a big butt, like Jennifer Lopez's. I'd be more inclined to have a procedure to suck that fat out, lol. In all seriousness though, it's a shame that people feel the need to have plastic surgery for vanity. There are always risks to surgery with anesthesia. I just don't think the risks are worth it.

I didn't vote - I would have voted for "Yes I'd love a more rounded butt, but not enough to get implants.".

I don't want a big old round butt either, but I do like a nice firm butt.

I want a beach volleyball player's butt. They have hands down the best butts EVER.

One of the ladies at my former church died from having liposuction in the upper thigh/hip area. (Threw a blood clot to her lungs a day or so after surgery.) As you said, no judgment here, and I'm not even saying that all cosmetic surgery is a bad thing, but people do need to really be aware of risks involved with any elective surgery.

I think that it is very indicative of how misogynistic Argentinian culture is--that a gorgeous woman who was able to bear two children and still look fantastic while continuing with a career would still feel as if it were not enough and that such a surgery was necessary. Not that U.S. culture is any better, but I have seen many Argentinian men make even the most beautiful and capable of women feel inadequate...
When you are risking your life to improve your appearance then you do not have things in the proper perspective. And if you feel so compelled to risk so much in order to stay attractive, relevant, etc. then you're hanging with the wrong crowd.
I think that anyone contemplating a plastic surgery procedure in which his/her life is threatened should spend the money on a good therapist instead.
