I have not bought hanes stuff in forever. Do thier women's undies run on the small side or large side? Yeh I know size charts blah blah...But I am right on the higher end of the S and I don't want to get a S if the M is what is not going to cut into hip fat. Nothing is worse that too tight undies. Blak.
They are having a really good sale on the site right now with buy one pk get one 50% off plus I got a 2$ shipping email. The 2$ shipping is only good for two days. I think its on the site somewhere.
I used to work for Hanes, not underwear though but the underwear tech design team I think had a similiar thought process as my outwear group. When fitting a size (S, M, L) the fit model measures on the larger end of the range. Also account for shrinkage.
Not sure about Hanes in particular but I think if in doubt, get a Medium - I pretty small (95 lbs. or so) and I sometimes get Medium just because I don't want lines. (Not like they'll fall off, LOL)
Hanes run big on me. Of course different cuts will fit you differently. I wear the "hipster" underwear and can wear my Ms but they pucker around my body. I wear a size 4, 6, or 8 depending on the garment and brand and I wear an S in Hanes hipster panties.
I haven't bought Hanes anything in years. I noticed a down turn in their quailty. I had problems with stuff falling apart and the garmet coming apart at the elastic after a few washings and wearing. For knickers I head off Aerie. The sizing there seems to work really well. My mom's tiny at 95 pounds on a good day. She prefers a medium there.
I don't have a Hanes/Bali/Playtex outlet anymore or Jockey or Vanity Fair. So we're stuck with JC Pennys, Dilliards, Victoria Secret and Aerie for shopping at the malls. And then there's Kohl's but they never have anything in my sizes.
