Okay, ladies . . . I swear I heard this on TV and now I don't remember whether it was on a show where folks were actually having a live discussion or whether it was on some episode of a sit com . . .

But it has been on my mind ever since!

The situation was - a woman needed a little something in her shoes to make them slip less, fit better, so she used a mini-pad. Just strip off the back adhesive, position it in your shoe - and VOILA! - cheap and easy shoe liner, lol.

Anyone ever heard of doing this?????

Yes, I had used it many times in years past (not recently though). The tongue pad goes in the front; the heel pad goes in the back.

Don't use both unless the shoes are large all around. If you need to use both, it would be better to use the gel one, which is all in one piece and provides extra cushion to your feet.
