Just watched the Olympic opening ceremony, and thought the US team's outfits looked terrible. The jackets are way out of proportion -- too short and puffy, like a mishap occurred in the dryer. Ralph Lauren screwed up.

Italians' were the best looking ones. What do you think of Ralph Lauren's design?

I don't like the options on your poll. I don't think they were hideous but they aren't great either. The white sweaters under those jackets matched with those beanies, I think, looks good. It was just those jackets that were really ugly. So I'm in-between.

The little hats are cute and I also like the sweaters. I liked the design on the moguls (I think that's right) skiing clothes. I think they would make cute sweats.

You're right. I didn't clarify the question very well. I was watching the opening ceremony, and was really surprised at the too short and too puffy blue Ralph Lauren jacket that the US Olympic team wore, as they made their walk around the stadium. It was certainly odd-looking.

However, their other outfits for the events are very nice. Although I'm not sure if Ralph Lauren designed all the outfits or not, as some of the outfits had Nike logos.

Love the Olympics!

I like the other outfits, too and am another Olympic fan. It's fun to see the different athletes and sports. We need some good news right now and the Olympics fits the bill.

I would need more options on the poll.
