Stretch marks are deep scars, or scars tissue that appears as stripes on the skin.
My problem is how to get rid out of this. . i had this after my first child was born. help!
You're right, zineth, stretch marks are scars. You can't get rid of stretch marks any more than you can get rid of any other type of scar. They will fade, and you can do things to smooth them out, so they're less noticeable. The quality of skin will always be different though, unless you do something drastic like dermabrasion or something.
I have scars on my knees from a fall I took when I was four.
Some say vitamin E applied to the skin will help...and there are all sorts of "scar reducers" out there (I just can't think of the names right now!!!) Ask your pharmacist! It's an "over the counter" product...pricey, but it's supposed to work just great!
And, the stretch marks will fade with time......
Unfortunately you cannot get rid of them unless you do like a laser removal procedure. No creams, no lotions will eliminate them. They may help to reduce the appearance or smooth the surface, but that's about it. Don't waste your money on expensive products.

About 2 or 3 years ago I was 50 lbs heavier than I am now. 30 of those pounds I had gained over a relatively short period of time. I was rather oblivious to the problem and continued to wear the same sized pants. Months and months of pants tight around the waist caused me to get very noticeable stretch marks on my sides. Last winter I quit my unhealthy ways and have lost alot of weight since then and the stretch marks are about 99% gone at this point... I thought they would never disappear but they are.
So in my personal experience it took about 2 years of non stretch mark inducing conditions to finally get rid of them.
I don't know how you get rid of them, but I used Burt's Bees apricot oil on my belly when I was pregnant and I did not get any stretch marks. Don't know if it was the oil or my skin, but it's worth a try if you are trying to prevent them.
Try mederma. Scars are strange. They react differently for everyone. Merderma now makes a specific cream for stretch marks (its new) but the traditional stuff works well. Look into dry skin brushing too. Getting treatment from a doctor may take a couple sessions. Do not believe anyone who says otherwise. They can only guess that you will heal well. For the future, red stretch marks respond best to creams and oils etc. Once they go silver/white you usually have to go with the more intense doctor methods.
