In Hollywood older actresses try to fool everyone and through a combination of camera tricks, plastic surgery and good genes try to look just like they did when they were in their 20s. Look at Jennifer Aniston, age 41, tries to look exactly like she did 20 years ago. She styles her hair and dresses like someone who is 20 years old. It is time for her to act and look her age.

Jennifer Aniston - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A woman in the office is the same. She is always styling her hair and dressing just like someone in her 20s. Doesn't she see that she needs a makeover. Yes, try to look young but, girl, no one is fooled, you are no longer in your 20s!

Yes. Jennifer Aniston is two years older than Lucille Ball was when she started on I Love Lucy. Jennifer needs to chop her hair off, get a perm, and start carrying butterscotch candies and little packs of tissue in her purse.

I don't think 20 somethings look like J.A. at all. She dresses perfectly for her age. Never overly revealing and always figure flattering. That does not really sum up most 20 somethings at all when talking about clothing.

Bai Ling or Pam Anderson do not dress their ages. A lot of the things they were are tacky, overly trendy and super revealing.

Jennifer Aniston is fit, healthy, and dresses fabulously. I don't see any reason to single her out for criticism. We should all look so great. At forty-one, she's still a relatively young woman, and she's taking good care of herself. Give her a break!

So what? Let her dress how she wants to dress! Jennifer Aniston is still hot too. I sure as hell wouldn't kick her out of bed.

According to the logic of the OP, I suppose I should start using a walker!
After all, I'm 7 years older than Jen.
Great comeback, btw!

Wow...this original post sounds like age discrimination.

The way I see it, 20 somethings imitate ANISTON..not the other way around.

She is drop dead gorgeous and she is an example of what 40 could look like if you had the good fortune to get great genes. She has great syle, poise and of course...great hair!

Lets face it, getting old is not for the faint of heart. Cut the office girls some slack. They just want to look good.

Sorry that you are bothered by it OP, but this is what 40 plus looks like when you take great care of yourself (be it exercise, diet, cosmetic surgery, etc)....
