I spoke too soon today I saw: an overweight woman in her 40's/50's w/bleached out frizzy blonde hair wearing a strapless romper! Then a little later at another store I saw two teenagers wearing rompers.
I am in my early fifties, six feet tall and wear a size 16 or 18. I'll think I"ll get rompers. Do they come in purple to match the spider veins in my thighs? I do so like to be color-coordinated.

LOL, thanks for the laugh. You'll be fine as long as you coordinate your colors
My 12 year old daughter who weighs a whopping 78 pounds tried one on in Hollister. I will say she looked cute in it (although even the XS was too big on her) but even she said " I feel ridiculous in this".
This makes me think of how my dad, now 63, who worked outdoors in the elements, always wore an old-school red union suit under his work clothes in the winter. My sister used to tease him about "wearing a onesie."
When I see those rompers, all I can think is, "What reason is there for an adult to wear a onesie?"
