I'm relocating to Fayetteville and plan to buy some land there. I'm interested in raw acreage (no house on it) and would like to custom build an off-grid home, greenhouse, and garden on the land.

I've been looking in google for "Fayetteville Arkansas land for sale", but haven't been getting anywhere with it, so I thought to ask here.

Is there a lot of acreage for sale there inside Fayetteville city limits or would I be better off looking outside the city limits?

If you know of a site that lists land for sale in Fayetteville, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

I don't think you are going to find acreage inside the city limits. Expand your search to Washington County.

I'd suggest looking in the Winslow area to the south; Farmington, Prairie Grove, Lincoln area to the west. Perhaps Centerton/Gravette area to the north.

Hard to find acreage inside a city limits the size of Fayetteville anywhere in the US.

LOL guys.

@Curmudgeon, thanks.

I don't need a ton of land, just a few acres. We're going to plant organic veggies and fruits. Any that we don't end up using we plan to donate to food pantrys, food services for the homeless, and poverty-level seniors.

I'm really looking forward to life in Fayetteville.
