Which is the best place to work London or Bentonville?

6K in Bentonville will go a long way, compared to 3k in London, whether London, UK or London, AR
Firstly, just because of the market availability, housing is going to be a lot easier to come by in Bentonville area.
And several international companies have significant presence in North West Arkansas, so the visa question would probably be easy to deal with.

I would take 6k in Bentonville over 3k in London, AR, unless there is something you haven't disclosed that would lead you to favor London...a 50% income cut is rather important. And Bentonville/NWA is somewhat more cosmopolitan than Russellville, with more things to to within a relatively easy driving distance. Emphasis on the somewhat...

If you're willing and able to make the drive to LR for cultural stuff, shopping, and whatnot then that could change the equation. But I think most people would not be willing to do that much voluntary driving.

Actually almost everything: dining, museums, shopping, medical facilites, etc are within an easy drive unless you are talking the 5pm traffic.

- Are we talking 3K GBP vs 6k USD? While that is closer to being equal, London UK is a lot more expensive than Arkansas, so your income would go further here.
- Would either company offer a path to permanent residency, assuming you want that?
